For us, Organic Agriculture is more than ever an obvious choice:

  • For the safety of the people who consume our wines, organic farming undeniably limits the risks of pesticide residues.
  • For our safety and that of our employees, who work every day in the vineyards, but also that of the users of our territory.
  • So that the countryside does not become a desert

For all this, we are ready to risk part of the harvest in certain years, and although everything is not perfect, Organic Farming is an effective response to the questions that society and the environment are asking us today.

We want to remain a small estate so that we can continue to manage all of the cultivation and oenological operations as closely as possible, and continue to produce rich and original artisanal wines, deeply rooted in their terroir.
