Our 15 ha of vines are of all ages, from very young babies just planted, to very old grandmothers who have seen many harvests and of course those who, in the prime of their lives, work a lot.

Half of the vineyard is planted in traditional Languedoc gobelets, planted in squares (1.70 m x 1.70 m), the other half is trellised and pruned in Royat cordons or in low gobelets. All the new plantations are planted in gobelets.

From the time of budburst until the harvest, we regularly monitor the health of all our plots: we count the eggs of grape worms, the outbreaks of mildew and oidium, in order to optimise treatments and therefore limit them as much as possible. We do not treat too late to avoid any risk of residues in the wines.

In order for the vines to take deep roots and suffer less from drought, we favour all practices that allow for good biological activity in our soils: winter grassing, limiting the use of heavy machinery, shallow ploughing with a chaser, etc.

Our yields are on average between 20 and 30 hl/ha.

We grow 8 different grape varieties:

  • Red : Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Cinsault
  • White : Grenache, Vermentino, Roussanne

All our grapes are harvested by hand between August 25 and September 25, in containers, sorted on the vine if necessary.

Our team consists of about ten pickers.
